Wow this sounds like the ocean but crisper and more gentle and I lived right next to the sea for a few years and miss that house at night with the front bedroom windows open. You are the best! It's like you just instinctively know what's right. Thank you for more priceless sleep and relaxation, I am really grateful for it and feel more settled in the morning getting up for work.

Four nights of very much improved sleep and counting since subscribing and joining. I had no idea, but thank you and sorry I'll shut up now and just listen floating on the sofa.

Normally, I don't watch much of a sleep-related video, it's just the first 15 seconds or so while I get my Bluetooth volume sorted, then I go dark screen. The exception I always make is when you have a skit at the beginning of your videos. They're funny and put me in a good space before I try to go to sleep. If I've had a really rough day I will choose one of these because it short circuits the difficulty I've experienced during the day and helps my mind reset.
